1. Order & Payment

How do I place an order?
Place your desired products in your shopping cart and follow the steps in the payment process to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Klarna Post-Payment.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we work with print-on-demand, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have gone into production.

2. Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is on average 1-7 days , depending on the location and the workload of the shipping partners.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product?
Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or damage. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact info@bite-concepts.com within 14 days of receipt and send photos of the defect. We will then provide a solution.

4. Product information

What sizes are available?
Our products are available in sizes S to 3XL . The sizes are normal, so you can order your usual size. Not sure about the right size? Consult our size chart or contact us.

How do I maintain my product?
For garments, we recommend washing them inside out at a maximum of 30°C and not tumble drying to keep the print looking good for as long as possible.
